                               RESOLUTION NO. 19121
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE THIRD YEAR GOALS 
                   OF THE HOUSING ASSISTANCE PLAN.
                   
                                                     
                   
       	    	 WHEREAS, the City of Chattanooga has a Housing 
       Assistance Plan setting forth goals for assisted housing for the 
       period of October 1988 through October 1991; and
       	    	 WHEREAS, the Chattanooga Housing Authority has requested 
       that said Housing Assistance Plan be amended by adding a goal of 
       fifty (50) units under the Section 8 Certificate Voucher Program 
       and seventy-five (75) units under the Section 8 Moderate Rehab 
       Single Room Occupancy Program;
       	    	 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF 
       THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Housing Assistance 
       Plan for the period of October 1988 through October 1991 be 
       amended to include said units as set forth in the revised goals 
       attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference;
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor of the City of 
       Chattanooga be and is hereby authorized and directed to certify 
       the above action on behalf of the City of Chattanooga and to 
       furnish any additional information or material required by the 
       Department of Housing and Urban Development.
